Common Response Codes
Here's a clear summary of possible system responses for Upgrade/Renew requests:
Account in queue • Your request is waiting in line and will process automatically soon.
Upgrade/Renew in progress • The Upgrade/Renew is underway, and you'll receive confirmation shortly.
Out of Stock • The country specified is unavailable, please choose another or wait for restock.
Invalid Account Details • Provided account information is incorrect, double-check your Email/Username and Password.
12 Months • Spotify only allows one family entry per account per year, a new account may be required.
Already Premium • The account is already Premium and isn’t eligible for upgrade.
System Error • The system encountered an error that cannot be translated, in this case it tries to send the Upgrade/Renew request again.
Availability in Your Country
We update our stock with accounts from various countries on a weekly basis. However, please note that certain countries might be more challenging to restock. If your country is currently unavailable, we appreciate your patience and recommend waiting for our next restocking cycle.
Alternatively, you can opt for an account from a different country, which may result in minor variations in the music catalog available to you. We're dedicated to providing a broad range of options and appreciate your understanding.
Renew
If you receive an email stating that your account is no longer part of the family plan, you have lost your premium status and are eligible for renewal. To proceed, visit the Renew page and provide the affected account details.
You have two options for renewal
• Renew Existing Account: Submit the downgraded account, and the system will renew the key for use on the Upgrade page.
• Create New Account: Enter a new email (not linked to any existing Spotify account) and a new password. The system will create a new account and transfer your Liked Songs, Playlists and Followings.
Please remember to securely save your new password, as losing it will make your upgrade key unusable.
Restock
Stock is generally restocked weekly or sometimes every 2 days. Extra requests won’t speed up this process.
